¶ 1 This is an appeal from a decision of the Arizona Department of Economic Security granting an employee's claim for unemployment benefits. The issue is whether the Appeals Board erred by finding that the employee, Wilma Young, was discharged by her employer, California Portland Cement, within the meaning of the unemployment compensation laws.
