Thielen, and the law firm of Fabian, Thielen & Thielen, formerly known as Taylor, Fabian, Thielen & Thielen, alleging professional negligence in regard to Thielen's representation of Baker in an action against Baker's insurer, Baker v. St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins. Co., 240 Neb. 14, 480 N.W.2d 192
