This case involves the question of whether Chapter 11 debtors, post-confirmation, have an obligation to pay quarterly fees to the U.S. Trustee. The U.S. Trustee filed motions to convert several Chapter 11 proceedings with confirmed plans to Chapter 7 proceedings on the grounds that post-confirmation U.S. Trustee fees had not been paid.
