After Miguel Hernandez-Orozco and his wife had lived together in Nebraska for some time, Mrs. Hernandez took their four-year-old daughter and moved to a location unknown to Mr. Hernandez. He began a search for his wife and daughter that included several telephone calls to Mrs. Hernandez's mother in a small village in central Mexico.
