This appeal arises from a defamation suit brought by Kit Harrison (Harrison), appellee, against HBO, a Division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P., Lee Grant, Virginia Cotts, Joseph Feury Productions, Inc., and Home Box Office, Inc., appellants. The trial court denied the motion for summary judgment filed by appellants, and they brought this interlocutory appeal. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM.CODE ANN. § 51.014...
