A jury convicted Timothy Chaney of murder in the first degree. The trial court sentenced Chaney to death in accordance with the jury's recommendation. This Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction in all cases in which the death penalty is imposed. Mo. Const. art. V, sec. 3. The conviction is affirmed.
