The State appeals an order suppressing evidence which it sought to introduce in its prosecution of Albert Amos for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. The State assigns error to the circuit court's determination that police officers lacked reasonable suspicion to stop Amos after observing what they thought to be an aborted drug transaction in the parking lot of a high drug trafficking area.
