This is an appeal from a summary judgment in appellants' suit seeking damages and proceeds from an insurance policy obtained by National Convenience Stores, Inc. on the lives of its officers and employees. In a single point of error, appellants claim the trial court erred in granting appellees' motions for summary judgment and in denying appellants' motion for partial summary judgment.
