Edward J. Dennis, Jr. and Garth Tejano Dennis (appellants), appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of First State Bank of Texas, United Commerce Bank of Highland Village ("UCB"), James Keffer, J. Blair Barclay, Jay Rodgers, David Hammer, the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department, Jerry Thetford, Jim Palmer, in his capacity as Constable of Precinct Five, and Tarrant County.
