This dispute arose out of the construction of a jet engine testing facility for Rolls-Royce(Canada) in Lachine, Quebec. Plaintiff Aero Systems Engineering, Inc. ("ASE") and defendant Opron, Inc. submitted a successful bid for the project. ASE acted as a subcontractor, and Opron as the general contractor. In 1997, Opron drew upon ASE's line of credit.
