WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Flavio Diaz Santana appeals from the judgment entered by the district court2 on his convictions for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and for aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). We affirm.
