RANDALL, Judge.

Appellant argues that, in light of blood tests showing he was not the biological father of respondent mother's child, the district court should have vacated the default paternity judgment adjudicating appellant the child's father. Appellant also moves to strike a portion of respondent county's brief and appendix.
