{1} Anthony Stills was convicted, following a jury trial, of felony murder under NMSA 1978, § 30-2-1(A) (1994), child abuse under NMSA 1978, § 30-6-1(C) (1989), criminal sexual penetration in the first degree under NMSA 1978, § 30-9-11(A) (1993), kidnapping under NMSA 1978, § 30-4-1 (1973), and two counts of tampering with evidence under NMSA 1978, § 30-22-5 (1963), in the death of his stepdaughter...
