Paris Battles appeals from the final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of six counts of access device fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a), (b). The district court sentenced Battles to 16 months imprisonment and 3 years supervised release, and ordered Battles to pay an assessment of $300 and restitution of $35,507.97. For reversal,...
