In this appeal, we must decide whether the Superior Court erred when it affirmed Gary Williams' (Williams) judgment of sentence for controlled substance offenses because he did not provide the Superior Court with the complete trial court record from his case. Because the circumstances preventing timely transmission of the record are unclear, we reverse the Order of the Superior Court and remand this case to that...
