("BMW"), alleging that BMW had terminated Euromotion's dealership agreement without good cause in violation of Puerto Rico's Law 75 of June 24, 1964, P.R. Laws Ann. tit. 10, § 278 et seq. ("Law 75"), and that BMW had failed to negotiate with Euromotion in good faith concerning a dealership...
