{1} Plaintiff-Appellant Yolanda Carmona (Carmona) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee Hagerman Irrigation Company (Hagerman) in her wrongful death claim arising out of the drowning of her child, Alejandra Carmona.
