Municipal Administrative Services, Inc. (MAS) appeals from a judgment non obstante veredicto rendered in favor of the City of Beaumont (the City) in MAS's suit for breach of contract. The overriding issue in this case is whether MAS properly performed an audit and, if so, whether that performance entitled them to a portion of the City's recovery of money from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (SWB).
