Defendant Rhonda Oliver appeals from the sentence imposed following her guilty plea to the charge of fourth-degree theft, contending the sentence must be vacated because of the district court's failure to state reasons for the sentence imposed. Oliver also contests the assessment of a $100 probation enrollment fee.
