TCLA, Inc., owns a 13.4-acre tract of land situated on 13th Street and Interstate 80 in Omaha, Nebraska. Eastroads, L.L.C., and Jacqueline A. Sullivan as trustee (for simplicity, we shall call these parties Eastroads) own five noncontiguous lots which are situated adjacent to, and partially surrounding, the property owned by TCLA.
