[¶ 1] The Estate of Euvagh Wenzel-Mosset appeals from the trial court's May 13, 1997, amended judgment dismissing the Estate's mental capacity, undue influence, and conspiracy claims against Grace Nickels, Maggie Volk, and Jeffrey Sheets. We affirm.
