Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., appeals the denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and motion for new trial or remittitur following an adverse jury verdict in this wrongful death action. Sandra Coker, as personal representative of the estate of Billy Wayne Coker, cross appeals seeking to have the full amount of the verdict entered against Wal-Mart. We reject as without merit Wal-Mart's arguments
