Plaintiff Christina Jean Shepard appeals from an adverse trial court judgment in her suit to enforce an employment contract against Phycor of Ruston, Inc. ("Phycor"). She and her former husband, Lewis Luke Shepard, also appeal from the judgment rendered against them in Phycor's reconventional demand.
