Brian S. Lindenfeld (claimant) appeals an order of the Workers' Compensation Commission (commission) denying his claim for benefits. He contends the commission erred when it found (1) that his tuberculosis was an ordinary disease of life rather than an occupational disease and (2) that he failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that his tuberculosis was caused by his employment at the Richmond City Jail.
