Defendant, Kristian Noblett, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered against him in Brighton Town Court, Honorable James E. Morris. Following a nonjury trial on April 11, 1996, the defendant was found guilty of speeding, a violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1180 (b). The local court imposed a fine of $60 and a surcharge of $25.
