This is an appeal from adverse final summary judgments entered in favor of Florida Power & Light ("FPL") in this action for negligence and wrongful death. We affirm based upon our conclusion that the undisputed record below, taken in the light most favorable to appellant, demonstrates that FPL had no actionable duty to the appellants as a matter of law.
