Employer seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board requiring employer to pay temporary total disability (TTD) compensation for a seven-week period, from June 7, 1994, to July 28, 1994, and assessing a penalty for employer's unreasonable delay in paying the TTD. The crux of employer's case is that it should not be required to pay TTD because, sometime after the seven-week period, it was determined that claimant already had become medically...
