In this action, we address two sentencing issues: (1) whether the district court erred in applying the sentencing guidelines by attributing one criminal history point to the appellant for his prior misdemeanor worthless checks conviction and (2) whether the district court erred in applying the sentencing guidelines by attributing one criminal history point to the appellant for his prior uncounseled theft of property conviction.
