SGS CONTROL SERVICES, INC. v. TRANS-CHEMICAL CORP.

No. 96-2826.

692 So.2d 293 (1997)

SGS CONTROL SERVICES, INC., Appellant, v. TRANS-CHEMICAL CORP., Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

April 30, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder & Carson, and G. Bart Billbrough, and Geoffrey B. Marks, Miami, for appellant.

Delgado, Befeler, Starkman & Magolnick, P.A., and Jay Starkman, and Daniel Leyton, Miami, for appellee.

Before LEVY, GREEN and SHEVIN, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

SGS Control Services, Inc. appeals a nonfinal order denying its motion to dismiss on the grounds of forum non-conveniens. After a hearing based upon the requisite four-step analysis outlined in Kinney System, Inc. v. Continental Ins. Co., 674 So.2d 86 (Fla.1996) and our review of the record, we cannot conclude that the trial court's denial of this motion was an abuse of discretion.
