Diane Keveloh appeals from an order denying her motion to dismiss a paternity and custody proceeding filed by Gary Carter. We reverse because Florida lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this proceeding. Further, Florida never acquired personal jurisdiction over Keveloh. She was immune from service of process while attending these court proceedings, and any out-of-state service would be defective because she is a nonresident with insufficient contacts...
