The defendant, Mary Rene Neese, was charged by bill of information with two counts of armed robbery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. She pled not guilty and filed two motions to suppress her confession. After a hearing, the trial court took the matter under advisement. Subsequently, the trial court issued a lengthy written ruling denying the motions to suppress. The defendant withdrew her not guilty plea and pled guilty as charged, reserving her right...
