James W. Bloor, along with his wife, Christine E. Bloor, and their company, Health Care International, Inc. (collectively, "Bloor"), appeals the decision of the district court granting the petition of Management Recruiters International, Inc. ("MRI"), to compel arbitration in Cleveland, Ohio.
