PITTMAN, Justice, for the Court:

J. Stephen Wright filed a petition to modify the divorce decree between him and his former wife Carol P. Stanley. Steve sought custody of his three sons Daniel, Michael, and Nathan. Carol filed a cross-petition seeking various modifications of the divorce decree primarily related to visitation and child support. She also sought attorney's fees and an order holding Steve in contempt for allegedly interfering with the childrens' relationship...
