Rolando Leo Rios, San Antonio, TX, Jose Garza, Austin, TX, for League of United Latin American Citizens, No. 4552 (LULAC).

Charles Eric Jones, Jr., Jones and Edwards, Sweetwater, TX, for Defendants-Appellees in both cases.

Before REYNALDO G. GARZA, HIGGINBOTHAM and DAVIS, Circuit Judges.

HIGGINBOTHAM, Circuit Judge:

This case involves a challenge to the atlarge election scheme used to elect trustees for the Roscoe Independent School District. The district court entered a final judgment declaring that the electoral structure did not violate the Voting Rights Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. § 1973. Plaintiff filed a timely notice of appeal. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and now AFFIRM.
