Johnston Investments, Inc., d/b/a Oak Manor Apartments ("Johnston") appeals from a judgment awarding $197,861.34 to Beverly Christiansen ("Christiansen") for damages incurred in an automobile accident. Trial was to a jury, which found Rodney Crosby ("Crosby"), an employee of Johnston, responsible for the accident.
