This opinion disposes of three appeals involving the disposition of one minor, David C., who had previously been adjudicated as a juvenile under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-247(1) (Cum.Supp.1996) and placed on probation. Upon the motion of the county attorney to revoke David's probation, the juvenile court committed him to the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center (YRTC) in Kearney, Nebraska, a facility now operated by the Office of Juvenile Services...
