OPINION

Plaintiff Grace Drummond appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Defendant Commissioner of Social Security ("Commissioner") following judicial review of the denial of her claim for Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB"). We hold that the district court erred in granting summary judgment to the Commissioner. We, therefore, reverse and remand this case to the district court for further proceedings...
