This appeal concerns the back pay remedy under the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 151 et seq. Kansas City-based Package Service Company, Inc. ("PSC"), purchased the assets of a distressed Pittsburgh printing company and transferred them to a newly-formed subsidiary.
