Kim Williams a/k/a Kim Hannah appeals the sentence he received after entering a guilty plea to the crimes of aggravated assault and criminal trespass. Williams contends that the trial court erred in failing to sentence him on the criminal trespass charge, in failing to allow him to cross-examine the victim, and in sentencing him to a harsher sentence than that offered by the State in a plea offer which he did not accept.
