The judgment dismissed Belmac Hygiene's suit for breach of contract, fraudulent inducement and negligent misrepresentation against its partner in a joint venture, Medstar, Inc., Medstar's parent, Maximed, Inc., and Maximed's principal shareholder, Robert Cohen.
