This is an appeal from an order of the juvenile division of the district court which certifies the subject minor, Jacktorian H. ("J.H."), for prosecution as an adult. In this opinion we clarify the certification provisions of former NRS 62.080, as amended in 1995, and remand to the juvenile division with instructions to reconsider the matter in light of our interpretation of NRS 62...
