Plaintiff-respondent Columbia Glass and Window Co. ("Respondent") filed suit against Defendants-appellants Ewell Harris, et al. ("Appellants"), in the associate division of the circuit court for failure to pay off their account debt. The court heard the matter on June 20, 1996, in a non-jury trial.
