The principal issue in this appeal is whether the defendant invoked his right to counsel under the fifth amendment to the federal constitution when he asked the police during custodial interrogation: "Do I still have the right to an attorney?" The defendant was charged with arson in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-111 (a) (4),1
