The appellant, Robert Jeffrey Ringelstein, was convicted of criminal mischief in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-7-22, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to three months in the county detention facility, which sentence was suspended for two years, conditioned on his good behavior and the payment of restitution and court costs.
