Fiedler was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), second offense, in violation of Lincoln Mun.Code § 10.16.030 and failure to yield the right of way. A bench trial was held on April 4 and May 11, 1995, at which the arresting officer, Donald Kneifl of the Lincoln Police Department, testified as to his observations of Fiedler on the night of her arrest and...
