Respondent Minnesota School Board Association Insurance Trust (the trust) brought this declaratory judgment action to determine its obligations under an insurance plan. The district court granted the trust's motion for summary judgment, concluding that the plan did not require it to defend a teacher against charges of intentional and unlawful sexual contacts with a minor student.
