In this personal injury action, the plaintiff, Charles Robinson, appeals from a judgment denying his motion for a new trial from a summary judgment dismissing his claim for uninsured motorists payments against the defendants, Guaranty National Insurance Company and Landmark American Insurance Company. For the following reasons, we now affirm.
