These cases, consolidated for purposes of opinion, are before the Court on motions for order to show cause filed by the United States Trustee ("trustee"). The trustee challenges the reasonableness of fees charged by debtors' counsel, Peter F. Geraci, for his services in each of these Chapter 7 cases. The trustee requests the Court to order disgorgement of that portion of counsel's fees found to be excessive...
