This case comes before us on appeal by the defendant, Thomas Gatone, from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury trial in Superior Court of two counts of robbery in the first degree, two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, and two counts of illegal possession of a firearm by one previously convicted of a crime of violence.
