Petitioner Marcus A. McIntosh, a federal inmate proceeding pro se, appeals the district court's dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241.1 He challenges the decision of the United States Parole Commission (USPC) revoking his parole.
